Refund & Return Policy

The following policy outlines the terms for refunds and returns:

Change of Mind & Cancellations

  • Buyers may request a full refund if they change their mind, provided the goods have not been adapted to meet specific requirements.
  • Notification of intent to cancel must be given within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
  • After cancellation notice, goods must be returned within a further fourteen (14) days in the same condition as received.
  • The buyer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while in possession. Failure to do so may result in compensation claims.

Return Process

  • The return of goods must be arranged at the buyer’s expense and risk.
  • Direct Supplies UK can assist with return shipping through our courier network. Costs for this service will be deducted from the refund or invoice.

Refund Timeline & Method

  • Once returned goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days.
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • If goods arrive damaged, buyers must notify Direct Supplies UK immediately upon receipt.
